Beef/Buffalo and Tomatoes

  • 100 grams ground Beef or Buffalo
  • Oregano to taste (2 T?)
  • Garlic Salt to Taste (1/2 t)
  • 1 Med-large tomato

Break up the meat in a bowl. Add the spices and mix. Place in a non-stick fry pan over med heat. When almost brown, add the tomatoes. Cook until done.
