Having a good meal plan is a big page to completing the HCG diet with the most amount of success. Here you will find a few ideas on what to have for dinner and lunch.
We will be adding more as we get time so don’t think this is all you can eat well on the HCG diet. There are really hundreds of meals you can eat well on the diet; keep in mind the main goal is to stay under 500, 800 or 1000 calories a day.
