See, not all HCG Diet drops are the same. In fact, some companies have drops that are very bad for you! If you take drops that are not up to the top standards, then you will be putting your body at risk and will not lose weight.
To put it very simple, some of those places buy drops that are cheap, and this is something you don’t want to go cheap on. Let’s face it, anyone can eat 500 calories a day and lose weight, but without the right drops, you will make yourself sick, and not keep off the weight.
2: Is eating 500 calories a day safe?

Even though the human body makes its own HCG, adding this extra human chorionic gonadotropin, or human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), for a long amount of time, will stop the effect it has on you, and you will stop losing weight.

So, what can you eat?
First, let’s talk about how often you should eat. You should be eating 3 times a day and NEVER skip a meal! This is very important. If you skip a meal and then try to combine meals to make a larger meal, you will only end up hurting yourself and your diet plan.
A lot of your meals, at first, are going to be very plain and boring. After a week or so, when you are no longer thinking about how little you are eating, you will begin to learn how to cook with what you have and start to make great meals.

6: Will I gain weight back after the diet?
Most people do not gain weight back after the diet. We would like to say everyone keeps the weight off, but that would be a lie.
Keeping the weight off has nothing to to with the diet. It has more to do with portioning and the foods you choose after the diet. If you change your entire diet plan and stick to eating healthy foods, you will keep the weight off. On the other hand, if you start eating fast food all the time and/or you are eating more that 2000 calories a day, you will start to gain the weight back.
7: Why are they not working for me?
There are a few things that may make it so you do not lose weight while on the HCG diet, such as:
- Not doing the loading stage
- Women being on their menstrual cycle
- Eating the wrong kind of foods
- Not eating three (3) times a day
- Not drinking the proper amount of water
