In phase 2 of the HCG diet you will now cut your calorie intake down to 500 calories a day and stop eating and drinking all foods that are not needed!
Most people get this wrong the first time as they think calories are the only thing to look at/for in food they are about to eat.
Remember that this is a life changing event and you want to drop weight and keep it off, so for phase 2 of the HCG diet you will need to cut the following out of your eating!
I’m sure you get the idea and I’m sure you are starting to see how much we eat that is not really needed!
So for the next 21 to 45 days (45 is the MAX) you will start drinking lots of water and only eating what is on your plan!
Keep it to 500 calories and track your weight loss. See well you are on the HCG diet your body will burn 1500 to 4000 calories a day! This release of fat from your body will be more than adequate to give you all the energy you need to complete phase 2 of the HCG diet.
