The 1st phase of the HCG diet lasts 2 days. Many people fail to understand it, but this phase/step matters a lot and will greatly decide the outcome of your diet. So even if you don’t understand it, please do not skip HCG Diet Phase 1 Protocol!
Phase 1 is also called “Pig Out” phase of the HCG diet. The goal is really easy; eat as many calories as possible!

You cannot avoid this stage in order to get the perfect weight loss out of it. This loading stage ends up in two days. The main theme of this stage is to eat as much as you can. This stage basically needs the body to build as much fat as possible. The main reason for this so much eating is that you get reserves in fats that help your body when you need to eat very low calories of food in upcoming stages. Along with huge diet, you need to take ten to fifteen drops a day. These drops must be taken on three different times that may be in morning, afternoon and night. Along with you can take any type of meal you want that also includes pizzas, chickens, burgers or anything.
