The first two days have been called the “Pig Out” stage. This period is very much important to the success of your diet. The foods you eat during these two days do not need to be healthy. The fat will not stick and will be used for energy. You will lose weight the first part of the week. Many people are resistant to this part of the diet, but it is necessary.
Begin the reduced 500 calorie diet plan; follow this exactly for a minimum of 21 days to a maximum of 45 days
Begin a phase off the HCG at the end of your cycle. Stop taking HCG and continue the 500 calorie diet for 3 more days
During the next 3 weeks, you need to gradually add foods back into your meal plan
