This should have been my first day starting the diet. Technically, it was. I was taking my drops and had half an apple at work for lunch. I get too busy to eat at work sometimes. When I came home, I actually was getting everything ready to eat a healthy meal, but then my boyfriend interrupted my diet process with a movie. I ate a ton of food. I had a large tea, we split a large popcorn, I stole some of my boyfriend’s candy, and I had a nacho/hotdog combo (trust me, it is way smaller than it sounds and it is not really nachos). After the movie, I had In-N-Out and scarfed as much food down knowing that tomorrow would be the “official” start.
