Day 1: Getting Started on the Diet

Day 1 I didn’t exactly start them in the morning. I started in the afternoon (around noon), which might be tough for the pigging out tomorrow at work. I took the drops and later went to the buffet. I started with a fully covered plate of potatoes, corned beef hash, 4 sausage links, a strip of bacon, a biscuit w gravy, and half an English muffin w egg and ham. I went back and almost the whole plate with an egg roll, stir fry (i think pork), bowties w alfredo, and a mini cheese enchilada. I settled my stomach and ate another biscuit w gravy, donuts, and banana cream pie. I also poked at my boyfriend’s plate. During that time, I had 2 glasses of Sprite. I felt so stuffed that I came home to rest on the couch. At around 5pm, I ate some oreos, dried berries, and a monster Rehab. At about 9pm, I had a strawberry banana smoothie from Mc Donalds and 6 glazed donuts and a mini cinnamon roll. I feel tired and full. :)
