Going on a diet should not be a week or two thing, this is something that is going to change your life for the better so there for you must also change for the better.
At first, it’s really hard to change something you’ve been used of like eating too much. But eventually, you’ll also learn the principles of self-discipline.
Honestly, I find it hard for someone to leave their old lifestyle since they’ll be obliged to take in less than their usual diet. They may even have some complaints since they get hungry easily and their choice for food has been cut down.
