I am at the end of the first week of the diet and it is not as hard as I thought it would be.
One of the harder things seems to be just me missing eating so much. (I love food) But all in all I am not to tired and have been sleep really well.
During my first 2 weeks in a HCG diet it was like a battle between good and bad. The temptation to eat more than I should supposed to eat is so strong to the point of giving in. But after those weeks I’ve already learned to discipline my self. It’s only in the beginning which is quite hard but later on you will be getting use to it.
