Who has tried both or picked one over the other?
I eat a lot so I am going to start with the 800 calorie diet diet and then work to 500 calories a day.
Did you lose weight on the 800 calorie diet?
I have done the 500 calorie diet and liked it a lot, I picked it for the fact I wanted to lose weight faster and if after a few days I was unable to keep doing the 500 calorie diet I would be able to jump up the the 800 calorie diet.
I guess I liked knowing I have steps to take, but if you are use to eating more I would suggest doing the 800 calorie diet and stepping down to the 500 calorie diet.
