Many people feel hunger for the first week or so well starting the HCG diet and the is perfectly normal. Keep in mind this is a changing event in your life and well you are not going to stay at 500 calories for a very long time you should not go back to eating the way you have been. (If you are like most of us)
Going on this diet will for many people cut your intake down by as little as 25% of what you were eating and this is very had to get use to.
But think about how often you are hungry and stop by a fast food place to pick up something real quick, rite there you are picking up about a 1000 calories when you could of done with eating an apple or something else very light.
But as you are on the diet and living off 500 calories a day your body will adjust and the start to use the fat that is in your system.
Drinking a lot of water will also help with the feeling on hunger.
