Do you know of any free foods you can have well on the diet?
I have found Jell-O and am told that you can eat just about as much as you want as long as it is sugar free.
I love Jell-O now!
I guess you can have as much of any food, as long as they dont contain that much calorie per serving. Sugar-free Jell-o, for example, only contains 10 calories. Therefore, any food that has the equivalent or less amount of calorie should be that bad.
There is also some sugar free candy that you can have, this helped me a lot the last time I did the HCG diet!
